King Street Dispensary: A Cozy Hub for Great Food, Drinks, and Trivia in Charleston

Came here for trivia night and was really impressed. Super well run trivia, quick, easy to hear, and reasonable questions. The atmosphere is great coZy space with fun leather booths that make you feel comfortable but not too secluded from the vibe of the place. cheap 5$ drink deal and the food was next level, especially the Cuban and Birria tacos! Only complaint would be to really toast the Cuban bread so it’s not a soggy.

A few weeks ago my wife and I found ourselves sitting at the bar in Dispensary around lunchtime. While speaking with the bartender she recommended the chicken Caesar wrap and to sub with fried buffalo chicken. Her recommendation was spot on, It was really good. Ever since we had talked about going back and getting it again and it was just as good as the first time. This time we also shared the ham and cheese sliders and hat a side of tots. The sliders and tots were both equally as good. We will definitely be coming back for this combo.

Loved this place. Great outdoor bar and seating. They make their own infused liquors, great drink menu. Nice good selection. I had the house salad and truffle fries and they were both yummy.

Great place for live music and drinks . Always packed. This is my go to on a Friday or Saturday night and it seldom disappoints. The backyard area is spacious and great for meetups and events which are fairly common. The line moves fast during certain band nights but slower on others due to events being hosted and limited capacity . I met a new friend here and since I’ve been hooked .

We stopped in here for after dinner cocktails. It had an imviting appearance from the street. A quaint, little cocktail bar with a very lovely outdoor area. The back bar was closed because it was exposed, and on this particular night, it was raining. They did have space heaters out there so it can be enjoyed when the temperature is cool; the area should be fairly warm. I ordered a top shelf Margarita, and the boyfriend ordered an ultra. I was very surprised that the margarita was served without a salted trim, and I was not asked. It was also a little on the sour side. I asked another bartender to please give me a small saucer with salt on it and a little bit of triple sec on top. However, he took my glass back, added the triple sec and put it in a new salted rim highball glass. Thanks! Seems like a local, popular pub.
